Director, Financial Systems (FP&A Focus | Oracle Fusion) – 100% Remote
We’re partnering with a high-growth, customer-focused healthcare organization to hire a Director of Financial Systems with a strong FP&A and Oracle Fusion background. This is a highly visible role driving finance transformation, leading system strategy, and partnering across FP&A, Accounting, and IT to modernize and scale financial operations.
This is an excellent opportunity for a finance leader with deep systems expertise who enjoys optimizing processes, driving automation, and owning enterprise-wide system initiatives in a fully remote environment.
What You’ll Do
+ Own the strategy, roadmap, and performance of financial systems supporting FP&A and Accounting
+ Serve as the business lead for Oracle Fusion, driving enhancements, integrations, and ongoing optimization
