Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support user engagement workshops for Financial Planning system implementation and gather design requirements
- Assist in system testing for change requests and new feature releases
- Maintain master data in Workday and support budget operations for agency planning and controls
- Organise and update project documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Requirements
- Diploma in Accountancy, Business, Finance, IT, Systems, or related field
- Interest in Ops-Tech / finance systems roles
- Understanding of finance processes and exposure to system implementation is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Meticulous, independent, and a good team player
- Able to multitask and prioritise work
