Key Responsibilities
Review alerts for customer accounts and transaction patterns to detect unusual or suspicious activity and identify potential red flags.
Draft and submit Suspicious Activity Reports, ensuring all necessary details are accurately documented.
Work closely with other operational compliance teams to investigate, document, and, if needed, escalates suspicious activities.
Stay current on financial crime regulations, regional best practices, and reporting requirements, using this knowledge to assess customer type, country risk, and typologies.
