Southland Holdings is seeking highly motivated Motor Grader Operators to join our construction team in Lake Worth, FL. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a company with a strong legacy of delivering critical infrastructure projects across North America.
Responsibilities:
+ Operate a motor grader to spread, grade, and level materials according to project specifications. (GPS)
+ Adjust the blade to properly contour roads, embankments, and other surfaces.
+ Maneuver the grader using hand and foot controls to maintain smooth, even grading.
+ Coordinate machine movements with other activities, responding to hand or audio signals.
+ Identify and navigate around potential hazards or obstructions while following strict safety procedures.
