JOB DESCRIPTION
General operative duties in this instance could include:
Perform fitting rework activities including grinding, blasting, coating, and repair of fiberglass products Follow all safety rules, SOPs, and PPE requirements with zero tolerance for unsafe behavior Grind sharp edges on products without causing dimensional or surface damage Inspect products for internal and external defects and perform necessary rework Operate curing ovens, spray guns, grinders, and hand tools safely and correctly Ensure rework processes meet quality standards and time targets Perform accurate product labeling and stenciling as per SOP requirements Maintain good housekeeping and 5S practices in work areas Any other duties assign by superior from time to time JOB REQUIREMENT
