You've got strong finishes experience. Maybe you're already running apartments or commercial projects for a smaller builder. Or perhaps you're the 2IC on-site and ready to take ownership of your own area on a larger build.
Either way, this role gives you the chance to join a well-regarded commercial builder delivering a $20m apartment project in South Yarra.
The project is underway, and they need someone to take control of the finishes stage. Coordinating trades, keeping the build on schedule, maintaining quality and keeping subcontractors accountable through to handover. You'll work closely with an experienced Site Manager and Project Manager.
