Job Description

:
  • Analyze equipment downtime and implement improvements to maximize equipment uptime.

  • Perform daily troubleshooting and installation/alignment of equipment.

  • Develop and maintain records of equipment downtime and parts replacement.

  • Schedule and execute preventive maintenance (PM) routines and work orders.

  • Manage spare parts inventory and conduct incoming quality control.

  • Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) planned maintenance activities.

  • Conduct cross-training for technicians and training for new technician hires.

  • Develop, initiate, and monitor departmental budgets, forecasts, SOPs, ISO compliance, and TPM-5S systems.

  • Demonstrate strong experience with equipment lubrication systems and lubrication knowledge.

  • Possess knowledge of pneumatics, PLCs, PC control systems, LM guides, and motors.
