Perform a variety of tasks in the finishing and assembly process of the blade. .

**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Follow the work instructions
+ Grinding blade to work instruction specifications.
+ Grind between quality marks and apply gelcoat to designated locations.
+ Matting to give blades a clean finish.
+ Painting and Sanding
+ Apply tape to edge of blade to avoid overspray of gel coat.
+ Applyauto maskto theshellof the blade.
+ Apply filler/mud to the lead edge of the blade, then scrape of excess so all voids are filled.
+ Turn the blade utilizing machine.
+ Wear designated personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety guidelines.
+ Maintain 5s standards.
+ Remove access tape and material from lightening cable inside the blade.
+ Apply zip ties to lightening cable according to work instructio...
