Required Background / Skills
- Fluent Finnish speaker
- Fluent in English and preferably some understanding of German.
- Demonstrated expertise in plain language, readability, tone, and brand voice development, experience with technical or product copy and financial disclosures a plus.
- Experience in leading and coordinating a team.
- Hold an interest in cars.
- Moderate knowledge of vehicle technology and aftermarket processes.
- Experience with AI-assisted writing tools and language automation in a sales/retail context, including financial content workflows.
- Knowledge of Office package and JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce.
- Ability to relate to, and meet, sometimes short critical deadlines.
- Meticulous mindset.
- Good networking skills.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking

- Proofread texts from EN/FI into Finnish.
