We're looking for a FinOps Practitioner to join a high-impact project at a leading global IT services firm in Portugal, where you'll lead the implementation and operation of FinOps processes across a complex cloud environment.
Your mission: bridge finance and technology to ensure cloud investments deliver maximum value — optimizing spend, driving accountability, and scaling FinOps culture across the organization.
What you'll do:
- Lead the implementation and operation of the FinOps Foundation framework across Inform, Optimize, and Operate phases
- Drive cloud cost optimization strategies and cloud financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Act as the key liaison between finance and engineering teams to promote financial accountability
- Leverage tools such as AWS Cost Explorer, Azure Cost Management, and GCP Billing to provide actionable insights
