About the Role:
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Compliance Manager to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant with in-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, 15CA/CB , and a strong ability to interpret and apply relevant laws and regulations. This role is crucial in ensuring our company's financial and legal compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure timely and accurate compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings .
- Handle Form 15CA/CB certifications and ensure regulatory adherence.
