Job Description

**Key responsibilities:**

+ Drive revenue growth while leading and managing a high-performing team of sales representatives.
+ Develop, implement, and execute effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
+ Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
+ Lead the FIRE Line of Business (Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression, PAVA, and Emergency Lighting), ensure delivery of annual operating plan (AOP ≥ $18M) targets and execution of long-term strategic plans (STRAP). Foster a performance-driven culture focused on exceeding business results.
