Our Client is a growing specialist contractor delivering fire door installation, maintenance, and compliance works across residential, social housing, and public-sector projects.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Fire Door Site Manager to oversee multiple live projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly, and to programme.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Oversee fire door installation, maintenance, and remedial works across multiple live sites
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and operatives to ensure productivity and quality standards are met
• Carry out site inspections and monitor works to ensure compliance with BM TRADA, FIRAS, and relevant fire safety standards
• Coordinate site logistics, materials, labour, and programme requirements
