Insight Global is looking for a Fire Prevention Manager (Fire Chief) to oversee daily fire safety operations within a large-scale manufacturing facility. This individual will lead and manage the on-site fire brigade, providing coaching, direction, and performance oversight while partnering closely with EH&S, Facilities, and Production teams to maintain a safe working environment. On a daily basis, they will conduct fire safety inspections across equipment, systems, and processes to ensure compliance with NFPA, OSHA, and local fire codes, while also maintaining fire protection systems such as sprinklers, alarms, and suppression equipment. The Fire Prevention Manager will lead emergency preparedness efforts by coordinating drills, maintaining response plans, and acting as the on-site Incident Commander during fire or hazardous events.
