Fire Risk Officer needed in South/South West, £42,283 pa PAYE – Reference: 5270744
As our Fire Risk Officer they will be carrying out Fire Risk Assessments of various types of premises.
They will be assessing the fire strategy for all relevant Group buildings and all relevant parts of buildings in accordance with The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.The postholder will be liaising with external bodies such as Primary Fire Authority, contractors, consultants, Local Authorities, and other Associations, ensuring that regular inspections are carried out on all Group dwellings and buildings with common areas, undertaking fire risk assessments according to PAS 79.The role will be to ensure that timescales adhered to by issuing programmes of fire safety work to the planned delivery teams.
