Location
We have two positions available in our new structure – one in the North and one in the South. The role requires traveling to stores across your region and staying connected to our Support Centre in Coleshill, Birmingham.
Qualifications
- NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety or a Level 3 Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment
- Full UK Driving Licence
Responsibilities
- Lead on fire safety across stores – conduct and review Fire Risk Assessments.
- Visit retail sites to identify risks, capture insights, and propose actionable improvements.
- Support stores in maintaining high safety standards – from fire safety controls to everyday health and safety practices.
- Translate legislation and guidance into clear, workable steps for store teams.
- Build confidence and understanding across teams, turning safety into a part of daily work rather than a tick‑box exercise.
