Job Summary
The successful candidate will be required to carry out surveys of the existing sprinkler system, clarify proposed scope works as achievable (from a compliance and a buildability perspective), identify additional non‑compliances, and potentially carry out design work. Subsequently plan/organise the required sprinkler system alterations.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out site surveys of the existing sprinkler system and mark up red line drawings / record changes required
- Review proposed scope of works from a compliance and buildability perspective (i.e. scope of works generated by others will specify relocate 4 no. sprinkler heads. Confirm that this work is possible, and that it is the correct scope of work to resolve the identified non‑compliance).
- Identify and report any other non‑compliances on the sprinkler system while carrying out site surveys.
