As a First Line Manager within the Project Management & Construction (PMC) division at Bruce Power, you will supervise various phases of nuclear facility modifications and manage a diverse workforce. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project schedules while fostering ongoing training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with OHSA
• Manage staff scheduling, costs, and quality of work
• Coordinate resources for planned and forced outages
• Conduct pre-job briefings and project kick-offs
• Maintain accountability for job progress and reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum 6 years of experience in construction
• 5 years of supervisory experience in relevant trades
