Role Purpose
The First Line Sales Leader will lead, coach and inspire a sales team to deliver strong performance and sustainable growth in the assigned portfolio. You will play a pivotal role in driving business results and ensuring that activities are executed in line with GSK values, compliance requirements and local regulations while working in a diverse, inclusive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coach Specialty Account Managers, supporting their development and enabling them to achieve strong and sustainable business results.
- Act as a role model by demonstrating GSK's leadership expectations, including courage, development, accountability and teamwork.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, trade partners, public sector accounts and relevant medical societies, in line with GSK policies and local regulations.
