Role Purpose
The First Line Sales Leader will lead, coach, and inspire a sales team to deliver strong performance and sustainable growth in the assigned portfolio.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coach Specialty Account Managers, supporting their development and enabling them to achieve strong and sustainable business results.
