Your mission on the flight deck
- Support the Captain to ensure the safe, secure, and efficient operation of every flight, adhering to Etihad SOPs and all regulatory standards.
- Assist in all aspects of flight preparation, performance, and navigation, maintaining continuous independent monitoring of position, terrain, and weather.
- Provide clear, timely communication and sound advice to aid safe and efficient decision‑making.
- Demonstrate professionalism, technical skill, and strong teamwork while developing leadership capability for future command.
- Uphold exemplary standards of discipline, conduct, and personal appearance, representing Etihad professionally on and off duty.
- Assume command in the event of Captain incapacitation in accordance with rank and company procedures.
