An exciting opportunity has opened up with a small but rapidly growing London bar and pub group, currently operating 4 sites with further expansion planned. This is a fantastic time to join a business that is investing in its people, culture, and long-term growth. This role is ideal for a first-time General Manager stepping up from a strong Assistant General Manager background within hospitality. You’ll be joining a busy, high-volume casual venue with a strong focus on quality drinks, great service, and a vibrant atmosphere.
The site features 20 taps, a busy cellar operation, and a strong all-day trade profile but with a great work-life balance, no late nights (trading only until 10pm) and Sundays off.
