Configure and enhance FIS Quantum (Cash/Liquidity, Deal Capture, Market Data, Accounting). Own incident, problem, and change management with clear SLAs. Monitor and troubleshoot payment flows, jobs, interfaces; perform RCA and permanent fixes. Coordinate with FIS and bank partners for defects, upgrades, and patches. The Successful Applicant
