Key Requirements
- Must be currently based in the UAE with valid residency visa (easily attainable international visa sponsorship available if needed)
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in fit‑out technical management, with a proven track record in large‑scale luxury projects.
- Proficiency in Revit is mandatory (advanced level). Must be able to produce, manage and coordinate detailed technical drawings and shop drawings.
- Strong knowledge of fit‑out processes including value engineering, material selection, coordination with MEP, and site execution.
