SCOPE & GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB
Under the guidance of the Health Club Manager, the main responsibility is to increase guest and customer satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt, high levels of customer service and to carry out the role of Fitness Instructor and to ensure presentation, cleanliness of the facilities.
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To complete all inductions, fitness assessments and programme prescriptions in a professional manner.
To devise personal exercise programs for individuals according to age and level of fitness
To supervise and motivate all health club customers.
