Key Responsibilities
- Plan coordinate and manage the of all interior fitout packages from start to finish.
- Liaise with design teams consultants contractors and suppliers to ensure design intent is delivered accurately onsite.
- Monitor site progress quality control and compliance with project specifications and health & safety standards.
- Prepare and track packagespecific schedules procurement timelines and cost control measures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with subcontractors.
- Ensure timely resolution of design discrepancies construction issues and client variations.
- Manage subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations.
- Review and approve shop drawings material submittals and method statements related to fitout scope.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting to senior management on package progress and risks.
