Responsible for Maintenance of All Utilities including DRUPS & SDMO DG sets, HVAC system, etc.

- Maintenance of Emergency Diesel Generator sets ranging from 160 KVA to 3000 KVA.
- HVAC System - PACs, Water cooled Centrifugal/Screw Chillers, Primary pumps, Secondary Pumps, Cooling water Pumps, Cooling Tower fans, Motorized control valves, Exhaust Fans, Fresh Air Fans, AHUs, Various pipelines & flanges, etc.
- EOT Cranes
General
- Carry out preventive maintenance of all Rotary & Stationary equipment installed.
- Replacement of bearing for AHUs, pumps, blowers, Fresh air fan, Exhaust fan, cooling tower fans, etc.
