ResponsibilitiesMaintain detailed records of all fixed assets imported under IMMEX, including acquisition, location, movement, and disposal.Ensure proper documentation for asset registration, transfers between facilities, and disposals in accordance with IMMEX and customs regulations.Reconcile fixed asset records with customs documentation and IMMEX reports.Conduct periodic physical audits of fixed assets and resolve discrepancies.Support internal and external audits by providing asset-related information and documentation.Assist the IMMEX Coordinator in preparing asset-related reports for SAT and Secretaría de Economía.Monitor regulatory changes affecting asset management under IMMEX and update procedures as needed.Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate asset tracking and reporting.Implement best practice improvements for asset management and compliance.BenefitsYou'll be rewarded with a competitive salary plus receive entitlements and benefits unique to yo...
