Job Description

  • Lead the firm's global and regional commercial strategy for fixed income products, with emphasis on Bond Connect and China interbank bond market access.
  • Drive revenue growth across institutional clients
  • Identify and capture new revenue streams from asset managers, banks, sovereign funds, and insurers across APAC and globally.
  • Build and manage strategic B2B partnerships
  • Establish and deepen relationships with custodians, broker-dealers, trading platforms, and regulators involved in Bond Connect and cross-border flows.
  • Oversee client acquisition and retention
  • Monitor geopolitical and regulatory landscape
  • Assess how China-US relations, Hong Kong policy changes, sanctions regimes, and capital controls impact bond market access and client strategies.
