This is a fixed-term position with an expected end date of July 2027.
The Benefits Specialist is responsible for supporting the administration and coordination of employee benefit programs, workers’ compensation, and guest incident management. The position ensures employees receive timely and accurate assistance with benefits, leaves, and claims while maintaining compliance with Canadian legislation and internal policies. This position will report to the Director of Benefits, North America with local oversight by the Area HRBP.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee benefits inquiries.
- Administer Canadian benefits programs (health, dental, life, disability, RRSP).
- Ensure compliance with federal and provincial legislation (ESA, health regulations).
