Job Description
The Fleet Management and Compliance Staff is responsible for overseeing and monitoring all company vehicles to ensure they are properly maintained, efficiently utilized, and fully compliant with legal requirements, safety standards, and internal company policies. This role helps minimize operational risks, penalties, and vehicle downtime.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the company fleet, including vehicle status, utilization, and availability.
- Ensure all vehicle and driver documents are complete, valid, and compliant (registration, insurance, etc.)
- Handle incident reports, accidents, and insurance claims, including coordination with third parties.
- Maintain accurate fleet records, reports, and monitoing flies.
- Assist in controlling fleet-related cost such as fuel, maintenance, and repairs.
