- Plan and schedule all customers orders, ensuring they are scheduled within the lead time period.
- Coordinate with customers regarding the estimated time of arrival (ETA's) and delivery details prior to the scheduled
- Process necessary documents, including loading arrangements for warehouse use and timeslips for delivery personnel during deliveries.
- Monitor undelivered sales orders through the SAP system to prevent unserved orders or schedules exceeding the lead time.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers on schedule-related concerns and with warehouse sections on loading -related matters.
- Perform other tasks that maybe assigned to support operation needs.
