Qualifications
The Fleet Coordinator is responsible for supporting the effective management, compliance, and coordination of all company-owned and leased vehicles across construction sites in Ireland, UK & Europe.
- Maintain a comprehensive asset register of all vehicles.
- Coordinate servicing, preventative maintenance, CVRT/MOT testing, and inspections.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and service-related documentation.
- Maintain fleet tracking system
- Monitor vehicle servicing schedules and defect reporting.
- Coordinate breakdown assistance and repairs.
- Manage fuel cards and monitor fuel usage.
- Support insurance claims and incident investigations.
- Generate fleet compliance reports for senior management
- Support with maintaining plant database
