Work Environment:

- Position requires up to 25% travel domestically in Canada to fleet locations, as well as occasional travel to the United States for audits, compliance meetings, or training.
- Must be flexible to work as needed to meet business demands.
The Fleet and Safety Compliance Manager (Canada) oversees all aspects of fleet safety, compliance, and regulatory adherence across Canadian operations. This position provides strategic leadership and direction to ensure that the company's fleet operations fully comply with federal, provincial, and local transportation laws. The manager works collaboratively with regional managers, maintenance teams, and drivers to promote a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization.
