- Ensure all fleet vehicles are regularly inspected, maintained, and compliant with national road safety standards and regulations.
- Enforce a comprehensive vehicle inspection program, covering pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
- Oversee the day‑to‑day management of the fleet, including vehicle allocation, tracking, and maintenance schedules.
- Track and manage vehicle maintenance, repairs, and service records to ensure minimal downtime and optimal vehicle performance.
