Job Description
This position will be responsible for managing the operational and administrative aspects of the company’s vehicle fleet. This role ensures timely maintenance, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance of all vehicles, while coordinating with automibile vendors and external authorities including Excise & Taxation Department, Police and NADRA etc. The incumbent will also verify vehicle-related expenses, track vehicle health, and support efficient fleet utilization.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, or a related field
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and fleet operations
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management
- Familiarity with excise regulations and e-challan systems
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy in record-keeping, billing verification, and compliance handling.
