Job Description
- Create and execute plans aimed at optimising the efficiency and effectiveness of the global fleet, while ensuring compliance with leading industry practices and standards.
- Manage the scheduling, routing, and planning of vessel activities to achieve optimal efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with customer needs.
Technical Maintenance and Repairs
- Manage and oversee technical maintenance, repair, and dry-dock operations for the designated fleet, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and maintenance protocols.
- Oversee scheduled maintenance systems and collaborate closely with technical teams to promptly resolve vessel technical issues.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure the fleet adheres to applicable maritime laws, regulations, international conventions, and industry standards to uphold safety standards and prevent penalties.
