Job Description

- Coordinates the operation of the CFM Department / KINTO after sales Operation
- Manage and control all KINTO accounts – vehicle maintenance, costing, contract termination & disposal, etc
- Handling daily ad hoc requirement / enquiry from customer
- Coordinate & work closely with inter – company department on stamping, renewal of insurance, payment & collection
- Monitor, measure & report on KINTO after sales operation related issues
- Plan & administers on vehicle maintenance related matters
- Prepares / Compile standard pricing, vehicle maintenance costing and monitoring insurance sum insured value
- Continuous enhance operation processes & improve operations efficiency
