**Job Overview:**
**Fleet Operations Specialist - Cincinnati, OH**
The **Fleet Operations Specialist** will perform activities related to fleet operations within the Region fleet department. Incumbent will complete and maintain accurate records of work orders/repairs, parts inventory, asset inventory, and rental equipment. Asset management and equipment disposal will also play a large role in this position. Collection and analysis of data to provide fleet recommendations will also be required.
**Shift and Schedule**
+ Full-time
+ Monday-Friday
+ 7:00 am until finished
+ Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Procurement of parts/supplies
+ Invoice processing and tracking
+ Accrual reporting on a weekly/monthly/yearly basis
+ Fleet asset database management
+ Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) equipment transfers
+ Fuel Card management and tracking
