PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To provide strategic oversight and management of the Full Serve Services fleet, ensuring optimal utilization, cost efficiency, compliance, and performance. The role is responsible for delivering detailed fleet analytics, reporting, and insights to support operational and executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all fleet operations across multiple sites, ensuring alignment with business and operational requirements Develop and implement fleet management strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery Oversee vehicle acquisition, replacement planning, and disposal in line with business needs and budget Ensure full compliance with all legal, safety, and company requirements (licensing, roadworthiness, insurance, etc.) Monitor and analyze fleet performance, including utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance trends, and driver behavior Compile and present detailed monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc fleet rep...
