Job Description
Our client, a Av Manufacturing company, is looking for a Fleet Support Analyst for their Scottsdale, AZ location. Responsibilities:
+ Fleet Support Analyst will actively engage in the operational uptime of our fleet.
+ The primary responsibilities include the live troubleshooting of hardware/software-related issues, interfacing with operators, capturing the troubleshooting details in Jira and feeding this back to our Fleet Support Engineering team.
+ As a contract Fleet Support Analyst, you will make sure that the daily tasks are complete, meeting our Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and to client standard. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining productivity, quality and safety standards during their designated shift.
+ Point of contact for real-time escalation of fleet issues
