Key Responsibilities
- Purchase and hire equipment, materials and/or services for assigned projects.
- Responsible for procurement to pay process from sourcing to assisting with invoice clearance
- Supplier sourcing and negotiations
- Secure the quality and timely delivery of goods and/or services required for assigned projects.
- Conducting bid analysis and processing of purchase orders
- Create & maintain Procurement Schedules with project teams and planning function.
- Liaison with suppliers and accounts payable team regarding invoice queries
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities
