As a Customer Agent, you will assist Flemish-speaking customers by handling inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support in Flemish via phone, email, and chat from a remote location.
- Assist customers with account management, billing questions, service requests, and other energy-related inquiries.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to achieve high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in CRM systems.
