Job Summary: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory of all hardware assets, including computers, servers, networking equipment, and peripherals.
- Capture details such as make, model, serial number, specifications, and location. Asset allocation & dispatch request Mail will be followed up and processed. Receiving the confirmation mail from the respective person for proof along with signed asset release form SolarWinds Asset Management tools to meet the organization s asset management needs. Continuously optimize the use of SolarWinds tools to enhance asset management processes Generate and analyse reports using SolarWinds tools to provide insights into asset utilization and performance. Retrieving the old asset from users when they replaced with new asset. Intermittent wise data and summary of assets are other excel related activities that will be done when reporting managers requests. Provide user training on proper handling and care of hardware assets.
