Job Description
Locum Pharmacist (Must be SPC Full Reg) - 50/hr
Rate: $50/hour
Location: West
Responsibilities:
- Providing safe, efficient and timely distribution (dispensing) of drugs, review and deliver drug therapy to achieve optimal pharmacotherapy outcome for the patient.
- Providing pharmacy and clinical services to ensure medication use process is optimized for positive outcomes.
- Assisting in the operations of a pharmacy section to meet standards and targets set by department.
Requirements:
- Full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council.
- Able to commit 3 days per week.
