Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Travel Consultant who engages with customers, converts enquiries into bookings, and works toward clear sales targets while earning commission on every sale. You will work in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment where personality, performance, and customer experience all matter.
This role is rewarding, but it’s not easy, especially in your first few months. You will be learning multiple systems, navigating a wide range of products, and managing high-volume customer conversations, all while building confidence in a dynamic retail environment.
