Job Description : This is a Work From Office role assigned in Ortigas with a plan to transition to Hybrid after 6 months
Key Responsibilities
Airline fares and ticketing – Domestic and International
- Perform all ticketing functions efficiently while maintaining a minimal error ratio.
- Execute fare quotes and reassessments within prescribed time frames and communicate results to internal stakeholders.
- Process and action airline refunds, EMDs, and reissues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
