Jetex is seeking a Duty Officer to join its Operations Department in Abu Dhabi. This is a key role responsible for coordinating all flight-related activities, ensuring that every detail—from permits and ground handling to catering, fueling, and baggage services, is arranged and completed efficiently to support smooth flight operations.
As a Duty Officer, you will manage and supervise the activities of the Flight Coordinators, Operations Coordinator, and Ramp team. You will coordinate services for catering, fueling, and any other arrangements required according to instructions and customer needs. You will review the aircraft handling checklist to ensure that fueling, catering, flight plans, and route details for each flight are updated and completed. Staying updated on roster changes is essential, as well as ensuring that airside vehicles are clean and ready for the arrival or departure of crew and passengers.
