Flight Test Engineer position supporting both OT and DT F-16 testing at Eglin AFB, FL. Personnel responsible for planning and implementing of flight test program(s), coordinating test program activities with manufacturing, test site resources, engineering system specialists, and other organizations; ensuring proper configuration of the test article is specified and coordinated, as well as the proper test fixtures, sites, specialized equipment, and personnel availability to support the planned tests; and creating the test cards, conducting the pre- and post-test briefings, and directing and conducting the actual test mission from the control room (TD and TC).
Coordination of all aspects of the mission including: test sheet preparation, running simulations and conducting mission rehearsals, post-mission reporting, maintenance, engineering, safety, test ranges, and test support organizations into a coherent, logical, efficient and exec...
