**Job Summary and Responsibilities**
As an RN on our Float Pool team at St. Vincent, you will bring your clinical expertise to provide exceptional patient care across multiple units.
You’ll build trust in these interactions by presenting a positive attitude and by being reliable. Your success in this role comes from your knowledge to provide care to various disease processes in a variety of situations ranging from minor to critical while being able to consistently remain calm and positive.
+ Provide care for patients coming into the area of competency
+ Administer medications accurately and safely
+ Thoroughly complete proper documentation for patients treated.
**We are offering a** **_$25,000 sign on bonus_** **for qualifying full time hires. We also offer extra pay for participation in our clinical ladder program, as well as excellent benefits, referral bonus, tuition reimbursement, and relocation assistance.**
